"Update- 04/09/2024 - another visit, more teeth pulled- and omg STILL THE BEST EXPERIENCE for even the most phobic of clients. Dr Nelson and his team were amazing, faced my terror and phobia with kindness, assurance, and humor. My difficult extractions (yeah- 2 teeth this time. Talk about twice the terror…) were painless. Yup. Painless! So still 5 stars. Would TOTALLY recommend even to those like me. Especially to those like me!!! I am terrified of dentists and oral surgeons, I’ve had absolute nightmare experiences in the past. I have to say that this was not one of them! The staff from the moment I entered, was kind, understanding, and patient with me. My surgeon and his assistant were great, had a great sense of humor, and my experience was totally painless! I swear this place was amazing, even for a terrified client, there was nothing to be afraid of!!! Best experience ever!"
